Participants travel to our hotel in Birkenwald in Alsace. Some of you will already know the hotel as we have stopped here several times. Participants can get to know each other over dinner together.

1st day Thursday September 16, 2021
2nd day Friday September 17, 2021
We start from the hotel and drive south through Alsace over striking stretches into the French Jura. We will spend the second night there in a special place. The hotel is located in the king's former salt works.
3rd day Saturday September 18th, 2021
Today we go through the French Jura, past small castles, cathedrals, wineries and cheese dairies, towards Grenoble. We then drive a bit on the Napoleon route through the Alps and spend the night near Gap in a comfortable hotel with a pool, wellness and a fantastic view of the Alps.
4th day Sunday September 19, 2021
Our route takes us through the Alpine landscape and over some Alpine passes to Cuneo in northern Italy. A remarkable city, with magnificent buildings, squares and arcades of various architectural styles. We stay overnight nearby at Castello Rosso.
5th-7th Day 20-22 September 2021
We continue to the Langhe, the wine-growing region in the heart of Piedmont. Our hotel is located in the middle of the vineyards with a fantastic view. Here you can relax on your day off or explore the sights in the surrounding area. We will also visit a winery and of course do a wine tasting there.
On one of the days there is a trip to Turin. The center of Turin with its numerous sights and museums is always worth a visit. But you can also stroll through the old arcades, marvel at the palaces or go shopping and indulge in the “dolce vita”.
8th day Thursday September 23, 2021
After we have recovered, we start the journey back. We leave Piedmont towards the Alps, past venues for the 2006 Winter Olympics on the Route de Grand Alpes over the Galibier Pass until we finally reach our destination for the day in Aix les Bains.
9th day Friday September 24th, 2021
In addition to the casino and the largest freshwater marina in France, the sophisticated thermal spa town of Aix les Bains also has many buildings that are reminiscent of the city's importance in the "Belle Epoque". So that there is enough time for sightseeing and because the stage the day before was a little longer, we will take another rest day here.
Day 10 Saturday September 25, 2021
The penultimate stage takes us back to the French Jura, where we will spend the last night. Our hotel is very lonely on the border with Switzerland
11th day Sunday September 26, 2021
Journey home: After breakfast together, everyone can individually start the journey home to Germany.
