It started in 2011 when we went on a trip to Alsace in the spring in a small group of vintage car friends.
In the following years we traveled to Alsace more often.
After the first tour was very well received by the participants, we decided to hold another spring trip in 2012. This time the destination of this trip was Belgium. We visited the racetrack museum in SPA and a famous monastery with its own brewery. All participants had a lot of fun with the beautiful landscape and local specialties.
In the same year we also organized a trip to the "Traversee de Paris" for the first time.
By 2013, our spring outing had become established among classic car enthusiasts. The route at that time took us east on the half-timbered road, past the memorial site of the former zone border Point Alpha and on to Eisenach with its world-famous Wartburg. The next day we drove through Thuringia to Zwickau with the Horch Museum. We returned home through the Thuringian Forest.
